Laguna Beach–Inspired Baby Boy Nursery with Custom Color-Drenched Design in Aubrey, TX This baby boy’s nursery was fully transformed into a serene, coastal-inspired retreat with a cohesive, elevated design throughout. The entire room—including walls and ceiling base—was color drenched in “Stained Glass” by Benjamin Moore, a rich teal blue that creates a calming yet sophisticated atmosphere. We added flat-stock French picture molding around the room to introduce subtle architectural detail while maintaining a clean, modern feel. To bring personality and theme into the space, we designed a Laguna Beach-inspired aesthetic layered with soft coastal elements. A custom closet was also installed to add much-needed storage in a room that originally had none, blending seamlessly into the design. Behind the crib, we installed playful shark-teeth wallpaper for a fun, unexpected focal point, and finished the room with a new statement light fixture to complete the look. The result is a thoughtfully curated nursery that feels fresh, stylish, and ready to grow with him.
