Trophy Club is small, and it started in the 1970s as the first master planned community in Texas, laid out around a golf course Ben Hogan designed. That history is visible in the housing. The original streets have homes with sunken living rooms, closed-off kitchens, wet bars built for a different kind of evening, and primary baths organized around a corner garden tub. The newer sections on the Roanoke side are open and modern and have almost no detail on the walls.

The Town of Trophy Club requires general contractors, and electrical, mechanical and plumbing contractors, to register with the Town. Ask whoever builds your kitchen to confirm they are registered.
