Remodeling & Design Services in Anna, TX
Lively Luxury Designs serves homeowners in Anna, TX with custom accent walls, remodeling, and interior design.
Anna sits at the north end of Collin County, up Highway 75 past McKinney, and it is one of the newest places to live in North Texas. That means most homes here are recent builds. The floor plan is good, the ceilings are tall, and every wall is the same flat color the builder used in the model down the street. A paneled wall behind the bed, millwork in the entry, or built-ins framing the fireplace will change a room like that more than furniture ever will.
Our office is in Plano, straight down 75, and Anna is part of the north Collin County corridor we cover. We take single rooms and whole-house projects alike.

A new build gives you a clean start. The rooms that feel finished are the ones where somebody added the detail the builder left out, and that is the work we do.
Bathroom and Kitchen Remodeling in Anna, TX
Anna's median home was built in 2012, according to the U.S. Census Bureau's American Community Survey 2024 five-year estimates. If your bathroom or kitchen is that age and still works, the complaint is usually not that something is broken. It is that the room looks like every other one in the subdivision.
Your bathroom
In a builder-grade Anna bath, the changes most worth your money are the ones that leave the plumbing where it is. A framed mirror and a pair of sconces in place of one bar light. A new vanity and top in the same spot, which is a two-day job rather than a three-week one. Wallpaper or paint on the walls and ceiling, and a new floor chosen after the vanity so the two work together. Moving the toilet, or turning a tub into a walk-in shower in a new spot, means opening the floor, so decide on those first.
Our Wildflower Washroom in nearby Aubrey shows the idea. The tub and shower stayed plain white. The room's look comes from floral wallpaper carried onto a navy ceiling, a navy vanity, a black-framed mirror and a black hexagon tile floor.
Your kitchen
A builder kitchen in Anna usually has a sound layout and sound plumbing. What makes it read as builder standard is the scale and the first impression: upper cabinets that stop short of the ceiling, an island that seats two in a house of five, entry-level counters and the backsplash that was on every spec sheet the year the house went up. Keeping the sink and range where they are keeps the budget on the parts you will notice.
